To create the contemporary form of this chairs supportive frame, Vitra utilise the latest production techniques – a moulded polyurethane foam with belted plastic frame.Neatly upholstered in a cosy woollen fabric with contrasting stitch detailing, the Grand Repos features a feather filled neck cushion and polyester wadding under the seat.Both the chair and ottoman rest on a matching four star polished aluminium base that allows for full rotational movement. Grand Repos adapts to all seating requirements, from a reading to reclining position, thanks to a concealed handle whilst the angled seat and backrest move harmoniously in sync.
