Description
Designer Mario Bellini conceived Chiara in the late sixties. Constructed from a single sheet of laser-cut steel, his classic design has been reissued by Flos for 2020 in the form of this aluminium table lamp. Cut and rolled into a self-supporting stem, the lamp is topped with a pair of sculpted ‘wings’ that reflect and diffuse a hidden light source. Said to resemble a nun’s wimple and veil, this newer table model comes in three finishes – polished aluminium, dark grey and pink gold.
