Description
In approaching this tall stool, Nazanin Kamali was tasked with creating a design that reflected the craftsmanship, proportion and attention to detail found within the Japanese creative industries. Crafted from a choice of oak or walnut, this is perhaps most evident in the angled lines of the Oki-Nami’s tall base, which joins sharply cut matchstick legs with solid footrest bars. Another major factor in this design was comfort, with the cushioned soft leather pad ensuring a relaxing dining experience whether in a bar or at home.
